The Overview: 

For the 2018 magazine campaign, we wanted to create a unique, appealing message which communicated that customers can save with GEICO. The ad had to focus on auto, plus include the icons for other product lines which insinuated that GEICO should be considered for an array of product lines. The advertisement needed to appeal to various viewers since the print ad would be displayed in multiple different audiences.

Research: 

Previously, audience feedback indicated that patrons enjoyed "Easy Choice" and "Things You Love" creatives. Keeping the design and copy simple with quick points resonated with everyone. 

The Solution:

Drawing inspiration from our commercial’s humor, the team pondered human truths that connected with audiences. We landed on providing relatable situations where you can choose a positive outcome, as well as choose an insurance company to help you save money. 

The Results:

We ran this magazine ad through a research group and received positive feedback. Customers felt the ad was relatable, funny, and made them want to share this content with their friends and family. Customers felt this ad prompted them to consider GEICO as their insurer.
